The Infineon XENSIVTM Hall switch TLE4945-2L includes reverse polarity protection on-chip as is output protection against negative voltage transients. This sensor furthermore provides a large temperature range and is automotive qualified. It can be used in industrial applications too, for example for brushless DC motor commutation.
