The TLF80511TF V33 is a linear low dropout voltage regulator for load currents up to 400 mA in D²PAK or DPAK packages with fixed output voltage (3.3V) . An input voltage of up to 40 V is regulated to V Q,nom which is 3.3V with ±2 % precision. The TLF80511TF V33 with a typical quiescent current of 38 µA, is the ideal solution for systems requiring very low operating currents, such as those permanently connected to a battery. It features a very low dropout voltage of 100 mV, when the output current is less than 100 mA. In addition, the dropout region begins at input voltages of 3.3 V (extended operating range). This makes the TLF80511TF V33 suitable to supply automotive systems. In addition, the TLF80511TF V33’s new fast regulation concept requires only a single, 1 µF output capacitor to maintain stable regulation.

The TLE7270-2 is a monolithic integrated low dropout voltage regulator for load currents up to 300 mA. An input voltage up to 42 V is regulated to V Q,nom = 5.0 V with a precision of ±2%. Due to its integrated reset circuitry featuring power on timing and output voltage monitoring the IC is well suited as µ-controller supply. The sophisticated design allows to achieve stable operation even with ceramic output capacitors down to 470 nF. The device is designed for the harsh environment of automotive applications. Therefore it is protected against overload, short circuit and over temperature conditions by the implemented output current limitation and the over temperature shutdown circuit. The TLE7270-2 can be also used in all other applications requiring a stabilized 5 V voltage.

It is designed to supply e.g. microprocessor systems under the severe conditions of automotive applications. Therefore the device is equipped with additional protection functions against overload, short circuit and reverse polarity. At over temperature the regulator is automatically turned off by the integrated thermal protection circuit.

The TLE4285 G is a 5-V fixed voltage regulator in a very small SMD package PG-SCT-595-5. The maximum input voltage is 45 V. The output is able to drive an output current of more than 10 mA while it regulates the output voltage within a 4% accuracy.The Power Fail Output (open collector) is switched to low in case of under-voltage at the output pin. To reduce external components the Power Fail Output has an internal pull-up resistor of 50 k ? which is connected to the output Q. The device incorporates a temperature protection that disables the circuit at overtemperature.

TLE 4267 is a 5-V low drop voltage regulator for automotive applications in the PG-TO220-7 or PG-DSO-14-30 package. It supplies an output current of > 400 mA. The IC is shortcircuit-proof and has an overtemperature protection circuit.

The TLE42664 is a monolithic integrated low dropout fixed voltage regulator for load currents up to 100 mA. It is the 1-to-1 replacement product for the TLE4266-2. It is functional compatible to the TLE4266, but has a reduced quiescent current of typ. 40µA. The TLE42664 is especially designed for applications requiring very low standby currents, e.g. with a permanent connection to the car’s battery. It can be disabled/enabled by the integrated EN pin. The device is available in the small surface mounted PG-SOT223-4 package and is pin compatible to the TLE4266-2 and the TLE4266. The device is designed for the harsh environment of automotive applications. Therefore it is protected against overload, short circuit and overtemperature conditions by the implemented output current limitation and the overtemperature shutdown circuit. The TLE42664 can be also used in all other applications requiring a stabilized 5 V voltage. An input voltage up to 45 V is regulated to V Q,nom = 5 V with a precision of ±3 %. An accuracy of ±2 % is kept for load currents up to 50 mA. A logical “HIGH” at the ENABLE pin enables the device.

The IC is designed to supply off-board systems, e.g. sensors in powertrain management systems under the severe conditions of automotive applications. Therefore, the IC is equipped with additional protection functions against reverese polarity and short circuit to GND and battery. With supply voltages up to 40 V, the output voltage follows a reference voltage applied at the adjust input with very high accuracy. The reference voltage applied directly to the adjust input or by an e.g. external resistor divider can be 2.0 V at minimum. The output is able to drive loads up to 70 mA while the device follows with high accuracy the e.g. 5 V output of a main voltage regulator acting as a reference.
