Selecting Part Properties

Select Part Properties from design for: This option enables you to map your schematic property names for the Manufacturer, Manufacturer Part Number and Description using the drop-downs. If the parts in your schematic design file already have information for manufacturer name, part number and description but your property names are different from these name, you can map your property names to the ones in UltraBOM. The information from these fields will be automatically placed or transferred to the symbol in the design using these mapping. The manufacturer part number information, if available, will be used when searching Digi-Key parts.

*Manufacturer: Use the drop-down to choose your manufacturer setting. (This is required)

*Manufacturer PN: Use the drop-down to choose your manufacturer part number setting. (This is required)

Description: Use the drop-down to choose your description setting. (This is optional)

Save: Select Save to store your preferences
